The Way of Mountains

To see the beauty and immensity of a mountain, I must look at it from afar. To understand the form, I can move around it, climb it or hike thru it. If I want to experience its moods, I would need to see it at sunrise/sunset, moonrise, and in all the seasons and elements. If I can see the mountain like this, the sages say that I come near to the life of a mountain --- a life that is as intense and varied as that of a human being.

Mountains change and evolve – They grow and decay, breathe and pulsate with life. They attract and collect energies from the surrounding forces of nature with electricity & magnetism … they help create winds, clouds, thunderstorms, snowstorms, waterfalls and rivers. They fill their surroundings with active life and give comfort to many living beings … such is the greatness of mighty mountains.

Lapis Arrow has heard the call of destiny, and like the mountains, continues to change and attract a life that is rich, full of promise and potential. For the next several months, the store and spiritual center will be in hibernation as Char and John prepare to move to their new home in Black Mountain, NC (about 18 miles northeast from Asheville, near the Blue Ridge Parkway). This is a huge commitment of faith and trust in Spirit as we continue to live our dreams and vision of a Spirit-filled and centered life.  Jackie will eventually be moving as well, as guidance from Spirit provides clarity on the means and ways to do so. And, there are others in our circle who will also be joining us; but, we will let them tell their own story, as they wish.
